Efficacy Pest Control was founded in Goa, and in 2026 we opened our second office: a Hyderabad-region branch in Shamshabad, Rangareddy district. This page explains where the Efficacy Pest Control Hyderabad office is and what stage it is at. It also covers how we handle enquiries while we confirm which areas and services the Shamshabad team can take on.
Where is our Hyderabad-region office?
Our office is in Shamshabad, in Rangareddy district. Shamshabad is on the southern side of the Hyderabad region, in the area around the airport. It is not in central Hyderabad, so please keep this in mind if you are planning to visit or are judging how far we are from your home or site.
The full, verified address is shown on this page alongside our contact details. Efficacy Pest Control has exactly two offices: our established Goa branch in Chimbel and this new Shamshabad office. We do not have other branches or outlets in Hyderabad.
We have just opened: what that means for you
We would rather be plain about this. The Shamshabad branch is new, and it does not yet have a track record in the Hyderabad region. You will not find Hyderabad projects, local reviews or local results from us here, because we have not built them yet.
We are confirming two things, area by area:
- Which localities the Shamshabad team can reliably reach and support.
- Which services will be offered from this branch, and when.
Until a locality and a service are confirmed, we will not promise you a visit. What we can do is listen to your problem, check it against what we are setting up, and give you an honest answer.
How do we handle enquiries while coverage is being confirmed?
If you are a homeowner, housing society, restaurant, hotel, warehouse or builder in the region, you are welcome to get in touch. This is how an enquiry works at this stage:
- Tell us where you are. Share your locality and a nearby landmark, and whether it is a flat, independent house, villa, commercial unit or construction site.
- Describe the problem. Tell us what pest you are seeing, where, and for how long. Clear photos of the pests, droppings, damage or mud tubes help a great deal.
- We check fit. We compare your location and problem with the areas and services we are confirming.
- You get a straight answer. We will tell you whether we can help, how, and what the next step would be. If we cannot help yet, we will say so rather than keep you waiting.
Answers to common questions about the new branch are collected on our Hyderabad branch FAQ page.
Which localities are we evaluating?
The localities below are candidates we are evaluating. None of them is confirmed yet, including Shamshabad itself. Being on this list does not mean we currently serve the area.
- Shamshabad
- Tukkuguda
- Maheshwaram (also spelt Maheswaram)
- Adibatla
- Gaganpahad (Gagan Pahad)
- Kothwalguda (Kotwalguda)
- Rajendranagar
- Budvel
- Katedan
- Attapur
If your area is not on the list, you can still tell us your location. Enquiries help us understand where people need support as we decide how coverage grows.
What do we bring from our established Goa operation?
The Shamshabad office is new, but the company is not. These are the working practices of our Goa operation that we are bringing to the Hyderabad region:
- An Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. We start with inspection, then give sanitation and proofing advice, and use targeted treatment rather than blanket spraying.
- Safety documentation. Material Safety Data Sheets are maintained for the products we use.
- Licensing and registered products (Goa). In Goa, we are a licensed pest control operator under the Directorate of Agriculture, Goa, using CIB&RC-registered products.
- Service reports (Goa). Our Goa clients receive service reports and proof of service after visits.
- Food business records (Goa). For food businesses in Goa, we provide documentation aligned with HACCP and FSSAI audit expectations.
Our Goa team received the Indian Eminence Award (2026 – Goa), a Certificate of Excellence, accepted by company director Hasan Raza. You can read more about the way we plan and carry out work on our how we work page.
What should you expect from an inspection?
Wherever we work, a job starts with an inspection rather than a spray. Once a locality and service are confirmed for the Shamshabad branch, inspections will follow the same pattern our Goa technicians use:
- Walk-through. The technician looks at the affected areas and the spaces around them, such as kitchens, bathrooms, ducts, store rooms, gardens and boundary walls.
- Finding the source. They look for signs of activity, likely entry points, and conditions that attract or shelter pests, such as moisture, food residue, clutter or gaps around pipes.
- Judging severity. They assess how widespread the problem is, which affects the method and the number of visits.
- Explaining the plan. You hear what treatment is suitable, what you can do yourself (cleaning, sealing, storage), how to prepare, and roughly how long the work will take.
A member of your household or staff should accompany the technician during the visit. If treatment goes ahead, follow the instructions you are given. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until they are dry or for as long as advised, ventilate rooms, and wash hands after contact with treated surfaces.
Hyderabad guides you can read now
While coverage is being confirmed, these guides explain common pest problems in the region and what you can do about them:
- Hyderabad pest calendar, month by month, covering what to expect from the hot summer through the monsoon and the mild winter.
- Monsoon pests in Hyderabad from June to September, when standing water and damp bring mosquitoes and other pests indoors.
- Termite risk in Hyderabad soils and new construction, useful for flat buyers and builders.
- Cockroaches in high-rise apartments, and how shafts, ducts and drains link one flat to another.
- Rodent risks in airport-area warehouses and logistics parks, relevant to sites around Shamshabad.

Frequently asked questions
QIs your Hyderabad office in the city centre?
No. Our Hyderabad-region office is in Shamshabad, in Rangareddy district, in the airport area on the southern side of the region. It is our only office in the Hyderabad region. The full address is shown on this page with our contact details. If you are in another part of Hyderabad, share your location and we will tell you honestly whether it is an area we are able to consider.
QDo you already serve my locality?
Not yet confirmed. We are evaluating a list of nearby localities, including Shamshabad, Tukkuguda, Maheshwaram, Adibatla and Rajendranagar, but none is confirmed so far. Tell us your locality, a landmark and the pest problem. We will check it against the areas we are setting up and let you know clearly whether we can help.
QDo you have reviews or past projects in Hyderabad?
No. The Shamshabad branch opened in 2026 and has no Hyderabad track record yet, so we do not show local reviews or projects. The experience behind the branch comes from our established Goa operation, where clients have published testimonials about our work. We would rather earn Hyderabad feedback honestly than suggest a history we do not have.
QIs the company licensed to work in Telangana?
In Goa, we are a licensed pest control operator under the Directorate of Agriculture, Goa, and we use CIB&RC-registered products. Pest control operators in India are licensed state by state under the Insecticides Act framework. If licensing matters for your property or audit, ask us about the status for the Hyderabad region when you enquire, and we will give you a direct answer.
QWhat details should I send when I enquire?
Share your locality and a nearby landmark, the type of property (flat, villa, restaurant, warehouse or construction site), the pest you are seeing and where, and how long it has been happening. Photos of the insects, droppings, damage or mud tubes are very helpful. For businesses, mention whether you need service records for audits.
QI am a builder. Can you discuss anti-termite treatment for a new project?
You can tell us the site location and the stage of construction, and we will confirm whether the Shamshabad branch can take it on. Pre-construction soil treatment is generally planned around the Indian Standard IS 6313 Part 2, so timing matters. Our Hyderabad guides on termite risk and pre-construction treatment explain what to plan for.
QWhat happens if you can't help with my enquiry yet?
We will tell you plainly, rather than leave you waiting. Your enquiry still helps us understand which areas and problems people need support with as we confirm coverage. If the problem is a bite, sting or any health concern, please see a doctor first. Pest control deals with the source; it is not a substitute for medical advice.
