1. Introduction

Welcome to Efficacy Pest Control. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use our services. These terms apply to services provided from both of our offices: our Goa branch in Chimbel and our Hyderabad-region branch in Shamshabad, Rangareddy.

2. Services

Efficacy Pest Control provides pest control services for a range of pests, including but not limited to cockroaches, mosquitoes, bed bugs, ants, lizards, honey bees, house flies, fruit flies, rodents, termites and wood borers. Services available can differ between our branches. The scope of each job is set out in the quotation or service agreement between the client and Efficacy Pest Control.

3. Booking and payment

• Booking: You can book through the website, by email or by phone. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when we contact you to confirm them.
• Payment: Payment must be made as set out in the quotation or invoice. We accept cash, UPI transfer, card, net banking and bank transfer.
• Cancellation: Please cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. A cancellation fee may apply to late cancellations.

4. Service warranties

• Limited warranty: We provide warranties for specific services as set out in the service agreement. The warranty period and conditions vary with the pest and treatment provided, and apply to the treated area.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not apply where there are significant changes to the environment, such as structural modifications or new construction, or where post-service instructions have not been followed.

5. Client responsibilities

• Preparation: The client is responsible for preparing the property as instructed before the service (for example, moving furniture or vacating the premises).
• Valuables: The client is responsible for safeguarding valuables such as cash, jewellery and electronic devices. A representative of the client must accompany our technicians during the service. Efficacy Pest Control is not liable for loss of, or damage to, goods or property during the service, except as required by law.
• After the service: The client must follow the safety guidance given by our technicians, including ventilation, cleaning and keeping away from treated areas for the advised time.

6. Safety and liability

• Products: We use registered products applied according to their label directions. Clients must follow the safety instructions provided by our technicians, including those for children, pets, food and aquariums.
• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Efficacy Pest Control is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services, including loss of business.

7. Inspection and reporting

Where the service agreement includes them, we provide inspection or service reports (for example, monthly or quarterly) describing the pest control measures carried out.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We do not share your details with third parties except as needed to provide our services, as required by law, or with your permission. See our privacy policy for details.

9. Termination of services

Efficacy Pest Control may terminate services if the client breaches these terms or does not make payments on time. Any unpaid amounts become due immediately on termination.

10. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, the client agrees first to try to resolve it with Efficacy Pest Control. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be governed by the laws of India, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Goa.

11. Changes to these terms

Efficacy Pest Control may change these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
