1. Introduction
Welcome to Efficacy Pest Control Services. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Efficacy Pest Control Services provides pest control services for a variety of pests, including but not limited to cockroaches, mosquitoes, bed bugs, ants, lizards, honey bees, snakes, house flies, fruit flies, rodents, termites, and wood borers. The scope of our services will be outlined in the service agreement between the client and Efficacy Pest Control Services.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Customers can book our services through the website, email, or phone. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment: Payment for services must be made as per the terms outlined in the quotation or invoice. We accept cash, UPI Transfer, card, net banking, and bank transfer.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.
4. Service Warranties
- Limited Warranty: We provide warranties for specific services as outlined in the service agreement. The warranty period may vary depending on the pest and treatment provided.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not apply if there are significant changes in the environment, such as structural modifications, new construction, or failure to follow post-service instructions.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Preparation: The client is responsible for preparing the property as instructed before the service (e.g., moving furniture, vacating the premises, etc.).
- Loss / damage: The client is responsible for safeguarding valuable items, such as cash, jewelry, electronic gadgets, etc. A representative from the client's side must accompany our pest control service provider during the pest control service at the designated location. Efficacy Pest Control Service is not liable for any loss or damage to goods or property during the service and is not obligated to provide any compensation for such incidents.
- Post-Service Care: After the service, the client must follow the safety guidelines provided by our technicians, including proper ventilation, cleaning, and avoidance of treated areas as necessary.
6. Safety and Liability
- Chemical Usage: We use eco-friendly chemicals that are safe for humans, animals, and plants. However, clients must follow safety instructions provided by our technicians to avoid any adverse effects.
- Liability: Efficacy Pest Control Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, health issues, or loss of business.
7. Inspection and Reporting
Inspection Reports: We provide regular inspection reports (monthly/quarterly) outlining the status of pest control measures.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your details with any third party except as required by law or with your express permission.
9. Termination of Services
Efficacy Pest Control Services reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any of the terms or fails to make payments on time. Any unpaid amounts will be due immediately upon termination.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to first try to resolve the issue with Efficacy Pest Control Services. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of North Goa, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Goa.
11. Modifications
Efficacy Pest Control Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services following such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
