Our office is in Shamshabad, in Rangareddy district, Telangana, in the area around the airport. The full address and contact details are shown on this page and on our Hyderabad branch page, so you can check them in one place. This is the only Efficacy Pest Control office in the Hyderabad region. Our other office is our established branch in Chimbel, Goa.
QIs the Shamshabad branch new?
Yes. The Shamshabad branch opened in 2026. The company itself was founded and established in Goa, and the new branch brings the working methods we use there to the Hyderabad region. Because the branch is new, we do not quote past Hyderabad projects, reviews or results. When we refer to experience, we are talking about our Goa operation.
QDo you cover my area of Hyderabad?
We are confirming coverage locality by locality, so we cannot promise service for any address yet. Contact our Shamshabad office with your locality, your type of property and the pest problem. QDo you offer emergency or same-day pest control in Hyderabad?
We do not offer or promise emergency or same-day visits from the Shamshabad branch. If there is an active bee or wasp nest, keep people and pets away from it and do not disturb it. In Goa, we share service reports after each visit and send WhatsApp updates to clients. For food businesses there, we also prepare documentation aligned with HACCP and FSSAI audit expectations. For premises in the Hyderabad region, we will confirm what records apply once a service is agreed. If you have an audit coming up, tell us at the start.
QAre you licensed to carry out pest control in Telangana?
Our Goa operation is a licensed pest control operator with the Directorate of Agriculture, Goa, and uses CIB&RC-registered products. Under the Insecticides Act, 1968, pest control operators are licensed at state level. We do not state Telangana licensing details on this page. If a licence is part of your procurement or audit requirements, ask us directly before any work is agreed.
QWhat approach do you take to pest control?
We follow an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Every job starts with an inspection to find the pest, its source and how it is getting in. We then advise on sanitation and proofing, and use targeted treatment where it is needed rather than spraying everywhere. This approach usually gives more lasting control than treatment alone.
QAre treatments safe around children and pets?
Safety depends on how a product is applied. We keep Material Safety Data Sheets for the products we use, and products should always be used according to their label directions. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until they are dry or for as long as advised. Ventilate rooms and wash your hands afterwards. If anyone feels unwell or has a reaction, see a doctor.
QWhat should I do to prepare for a treatment?
Clear the areas to be treated, put away food and utensils, and keep pets in a separate room or away from the property. You will be told about any specific steps for your pest and type of treatment. Our terms also ask that someone from your side accompanies the technician during the service, so plan for that.
QDo your treatments come with a warranty?
In Goa, a limited warranty applies to the treated area for specific services, as set out in the service agreement. The warranty varies by pest and treatment. It excludes structural changes, new construction and cases where post-service instructions were not followed. For any service later agreed in the Hyderabad region, the terms will be set out in writing in your agreement before work starts.

Do you cover my area, and which services are available?
Coverage is being confirmed one locality at a time, and so are individual services. This means we cannot say on this page that any particular area or service is available from Shamshabad yet.
